does anyone know if the they still charge 7.55 per minute when accepting a call from jail even if you are using v-connect?

Its not $7.55 a MINUTE, its $7.55 a CALL if you use the whole 15 minutes allowed. It is a bit less than that if you dont use the whole 15 minutes but not much less so its best to talk to whole time alloted

Have son in jail and don't know how to get a phone acct. how do you do it? How do you let him know I have set one up for him? I live in another state than Texas.

You can put money onto the inmates debit account. This can be done at the jail.

Currently the V-connect rate is $3.00 plus tax per 15 minute phone call whether using land line or mobile phone. It's a very good deal.

no vconnect now post the charge is 4.95 a call guess they went up from 3.95
